Debtors and Leasing Administrator

A well-established and fast-paced property-focused organisation is seeking a Debtors & Leasing Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with numbers, and has a passion for maintaining accurate records while supporting leasing operations.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ✅ Grade 12 (Matric) – essential✅ Diploma or Certificate in Finance, Accounting, Property Management, or related field (advantageous)✅ 3–5 years’ experience in debtors and/or leasing administration (property industry preferred)✅ Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes✅ Experience working with property management systems (e.g. MDA, MRI, PropCo or similar)✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
